Presents a coupled air conditioning system of radiation and convection which adopting a temperature and humidity independent processed air conditioning system with double cold sources. This system can be applied to buildings with huge fluctuation of cooling load all day long. At night, indoor latent and sensible heat load can be handled by dedicated outdoor air system and radiant ceiling cooling respectively. During the daylight, fan coil units can be used when the cooling capacity of the radiant ceiling is not enough in summer. This coupled system takes the advantages of radiant ceilings comfort characteristics and makes up the shortage of its insufficient cooling capability. Proposes a control strategy and four operational modes of this system. Builds an indoor dehumidification model for a typical bedroom of the house in Nanjing, and calculates the predehumidification time.
